For a producer, few things are more draining than juggling multiple freelancers—each with their own schedule, their own workflow, their own way of communicating. It fractures focus. It multiplies stress. And when something goes wrong, you're the one holding it all together.
Ailbhe produced the entire Return To project, and what we gave her was something simple but powerful: one team handling all of post. Edit, color, sound, and titles—all under one roof, all moving in the same direction. She didn't have to coordinate between editors and colorists and sound designers. She didn't have to translate feedback across three different conversations. She could focus on the big picture—the vision, the story, the direction—while ABABA took care of the rest.
That's the difference between managing chaos and leading a project. When post-production is unified, the producer gets to do what they do best: produce. Not manage. Not problem-solve in five directions at once. Just guide the work toward what it's supposed to be.
